Our corporate culture can be described as informal; in addition to offering ample room for passion and involvement, we organise recurring activities for the purpose of awarding our employees even more than we already do for their input and energy. The HR policy maintained by Blauw aims to fully substantiate, carry out and continue its positioning statement, which is: “by far the coolest market research bureau to work with and for.” Important values in this respect are: cooperation, fun and development. As our organisation has grown, the package of benefits we offer has grown with it. We maintain a clear functional structure that offers ample room for personal advancement. Naturally this is linked to a transparent salary policy and a personal functioning assessment system. In addition to a basic salary, we offer a quarterly bonus (percentage of the salary) that is paid out according to our bonus scheme. The size of this bonus is determined by the results achieved.
