Jelle-Jan de Groot
As Research Manager for Customer Experience, I am responsible for the entire research process. This involves helping the client with various customer and employee research studies. At every stage, from writing an initial research proposal to presenting the results, I try to help the client as much as possible with their question. With my background and knowledge of design thinking, I proactively discuss with the client and offer innovative, customer-oriented advice.
In my spare time, I like to travel around the world or dive into a good book. In addition, I am always up for a pleasant afternoon on the terrace of a café.
