In the Brand team I am responsible for knowledge sharing and developing brand research. I spend most of my time generating support for our new vision for brand growth and brand research, inspired by How Brands Grow (Sharp) and Thinking, Fast and Slow (Kahneman).
My background in applied social psychology and neuromarketing helps me keep the influence of the unconscious in the back of my mind at all times, and I am a staunch advocate of implicit measurement.
My all-time favourite books are Influence (Cialdini) and Predictably Irrational (Ariely).
