Since April, Patricia Hoetelmans has been our new Business Lead Customer Experience (CX). What has always characterised her work is her focus on customer experience: How can you respond to customer needs while remaining true to a brand’s DNA? How do you improve the experience in terms of service, product, communication, or brand image? These questions are central to everything Patricia does. <\/p>
When Customer Experience Management developed into a mature field, Patricia embraced it with enthusiasm. Over the past ten years, she has successfully guided organisations in implementing customer-centric thinking. From formulating CX principles with clients to effectively using research and developing behavioural training within teams \u2013 Patricia, with her sharp analytical mind and great empathy, elevates people and organisations to a higher level. <\/p>
At Blauw, Patricia leads the CX team, and from 1st July, she will also take responsibility for the Product Development team. The upcoming period for her will be dedicated to connection: between people, expertise, and ideas. She looks forward to further developing Blauw’s CX & Product offerings and consultancy skills together with her teams. <\/p>
