This year, Blauw Research is conducting the Mortgage Lender Image Blueprint for the 25th time. This study measures the performance development of all relevant mortgage lenders in the Dutch market. The extensive study is designed to provide mortgage lenders with insights to determine and monitor their market position, offering guidance to improve their performance.<\/p>\n

In addition, the research results also serve as the basis for the Gouden Spreekbuis nominations. Based on the development and absolute score on the most important metrics, Blauw also nominates three lenders each year who have performed best on these points. This year’s nominees are: <\/p>\n

  • Obvion<\/li>\n
  • Rabobank<\/li>\n
  • RegioBank<\/li>\n<\/ul>

    Based on the most recent research results from the Mortgage Lender Image Blueprint, the nominees have achieved the most progress and the highest scores. The key metrics include: brand awareness, image, preferred position, and service provision. <\/p>\n

    Judging the Gouden Spreekbuis<\/h2>\n

    The nominees are invited to substantiate their nomination before a four-member jury, who will ultimately decide which of the three nominated lenders wins the award. The jury will, of course, consider the research outcomes in its assessment and will also look at other criteria. This year, particular attention will be paid to how lenders have implemented agreements regarding addressing sustainability with consumers.
