Obvion wins the Gouden Spreekbuis Mortgage Lenders 2023. Florius and ING, the other two nominees, win the Silver Megaphone. All three owe their nomination to strong development in the Mortgage Lenders Image Blueprint. This research measures the image and performance of lenders among the advisers who work with them. The award goes to the lender that showed the best development in communication, image, brand awareness, and service over the past year. An expert jury selected the winner. The award ceremony took place at HypoVak.

In addition to Obvion, Florius and ING were also nominated. These three lenders owe their nomination to a very positive development in their results in the Mortgage Lenders Image Blueprint. Ultimately, the expert jury determined the winner. This year’s jury consisted of:

- Nico Stolwijk – Manager External Relations and Positioning, Vereniging Eigen Huis
- Bart de Nie – Director of Stichting Erkend Hypotheekadviseurs

The Gouden Spreekbuis is awarded to the mortgage lender that has shown the best development over the past year in communication, image, brand awareness, and service. Image and performance are measured among advisers who work with the lender.
