Blauw Research launches new label for User Experience research: yourUX

Research firm Blauw Research is launching a new label called yourUX. With this launch, Blauw is taking the next step to help clients even better and faster with User Experience (UX) research.

Involving users in the development of a website or app

For Blauw, launching yourUX is a logical consequence of the growth the company has experienced in recent years and the developments in the market. Jos Vink, CEO of Blauw Research says: "Our clients invest in their digital services. We notice that they increasingly want to involve users in the development and improvement of their website or app. And yourUX specializes in helping them do that with good UX research."

Experienced UX researchers within yourUX

The experts in the field of UX research within Blauw Research will now operate under the name yourUX. In recent years they have carried out a great deal of UX research for clients such as ANWB, Bol.com, CZ, Rabobank and various governments. A number of experienced UX researchers have also been recruited to give yourUX a flying start from the launch. These are researchers who have earned their spurs within UX research at both customer organizations and research agencies.

Research within each phase of website or app development

"We use both qualitative and quantitative research methods and techniques to help clients with various issues that come with the development of a website or app. Research that helps in forming an idea, making the right design choices and improving an existing website or app," said Maarten van den Broek, Business Lead yourUX. "What characterizes us in this is that we do this - precisely helped by our expertise - very pragmatically. With our direct Rotterdam approach, yourUX wants to make it especially easy for our clients to make the right UX choices."

UX lab with eye tracking in the middle of Rotterdam

yourUX sits centrally in Rotterdam on Coolsingel with a UX lab. In the lab, clients can watch live with the researchers and witness the reaction of 'their' users themselves. Using the most advanced eyetracking technology, we see what users are looking at.

Blog on how UX researchers came to their own website

With a new label comes a new website. About how UX researchers arrived at their own website and what research was applied in the process, they wrote a blog. Read it here.
