Welcome Patricia Hoetelmans to Blue!
Since April, Patricia Hoetelmans has been our new Business Lead Customer Experience (CX). At Blauw, she combines her extensive experience and passion for customer experience and research in a role that suits her perfectly.

Patricia began her career as a qualitative researcher and has since held various positions in communications and research, both on the client and agency side. What has always characterized her work is her focus on customer experience: How do you respond to customer needs while staying true to a brand's DNA? How do you improve the experience in terms of service, product, communication or brand image? These questions are central to everything Patricia does.
As Customer Experience Management evolved into a mature field, Patricia embraced it with enthusiasm. Over the past decade, she has successfully guided organizations in implementing customer-centric thinking. From formulating CX principles together with customers to effectively using research and developing behavioral training within teams - Patricia knows how to take people and organizations to the next level with her sharp analytical eye and plenty of empathy.
At Blauw, Patricia leads the CX team, and as of July 1 she will also assume responsibility for the Product Development team. For her, the upcoming period is all about connecting: between people, areas of expertise and ideas. She is looking forward to working with her teams to further develop the CX & Product products and consulting skills within Blauw.
