As a (UX) Research Consultant, you are truly engaged in research and advise clients where there is room for improvement. In addition, you will jump in on other research related to customer experience and do not shy away from interviews with consumers, entrepreneurs, key business stakeholders of large organizations and companies or a "bigwig.

What will you do?

  • Develop, conduct and supervise qualitative research projects (from rapid iterative testing to more thorough strategic investigations);
  • Advise and guide clients to get the most out of UX research;
  • Provide creative solutions and act as a sparring partner for clients;
  • Provide support in translating research results into concrete modifications in apps and websites, as well as sometimes more strategic advice;
  • Develop and deliver presentations, workshops and interactive sessions for clients;
  • Building relationships with clients in order to bind them to Blauw Research for the long term;
  • Keep an eye on trends in the field of UX research in order to demonstrate your vision and take both Blauw Research and our clients one step ahead.

  • You have at least 4 years of experience with qualitative research in the field of customer experience and User Experience;
  • Seek your specialization in UX and customer experience research and get your energy from talking to people;
  • You no longer need guidance in writing compelling research proposals and solution-oriented reports;
  • You have strong communication skills;
  • You are available 32 to 40 hours.
