You are a Research Manager with a few years of work experience. As a medior researcher you will mainly work on research in the field of customer experience and product development. That means a wide variety of research. On the one hand you will indulge in customer journeys and NPS and KTO trackers, and on the other hand in concept and pricing research.

We practice what we preach. As a Research Manager on team Customer Experience and Product, you are a true relationship builder. Both for the customer and with the customer. You know better than anyone to create a positive connection with your customer.


What will you do?

  • Handling research questions while conducting client interviews
  • Writing proposals and bids and counter-reading proposals from colleagues
  • Conduct investigations including reporting and analysis
  • Project management tasks
  • You actively contribute to relationship management
  • Expressing your expertise, such as by writing a blog
  • 'Challenging' colleagues and training juniors
  • Contribute to your team's Business plans
