What will you do?

You are one of the experienced researchers on team Blue Sponsorship Impact. This team conducts market research for international sports organizations and sports sponsors. As Senior Research Manager you are responsible for international research projects for clients in the sports world. On these projects you will work together with our Junior Research Managers and Strategic Consultants. You are the final responsible project manager, maintain the relationship with clients and ensure that our projects are of the highest possible quality. In doing so, you make sure that the results we deliver are smart, useful and visually appealing.

What you do:

You carry out strategic research projects from a to z;
You manage and enhance relationships with international clients;
You come up with ideas about how things can be done smarter, faster and better;
You will analyze results and create reports (in our dashboarding tool);
You will supervise junior colleagues on the research projects;
You set the bar high, for yourself and for the team.

We are a match if:

You have at least 3 years of experience in quantitative market research;
You have worked on tracking research, preferably in the area of sponsorship, branding and/or campaigns;
You can translate quantitative results into visually appealing reports and clear conclusions;
You are customer-oriented and have a commercial drive;
You excel in project management and have a strong improvement drive;
You derive satisfaction from training junior colleagues;
You have excellent written and oral skills in Dutch and English;
You share our great passion for sports.
