We work hard, but we don't neglect ourselves. At Blauw, we think it's important that employees take good care of themselves, and we like to contribute to that as well. We have lunch together. Not only because it's nice to talk to your colleagues about something other than work, but also because of the delicious food!

Together we participate in a number of sporting events, such as a soccer tournament, Rotterdam marathon or yoga class. Colleagues organize a weekly bootcamp on our roof terrace or in the center of Rotterdam. After an hour of exercise you can then go home relaxed.

Team Sponsorship Impact helps international brands and rights holders to increase the impact of (sports) sponsorships. We map the impact of sponsorships on attitude and behavior and provide advice on how to optimize sponsorships. We work for international brands such as PepsiCo, PlayStation and FedEx and for sports organizations such as FIA Formula One, Oracle Red Bull Racing, UEFA, various soccer associations and clubs.

SPRINT Inisghts

SPRINT, Blauw's agile research label, provides organizations with the right customer feedback quickly and effectively. In the platform, clients can quickly and easily retrieve feedback and insight from target groups. This allows advertisements, concepts, packaging, web pages and products to be improved and optimized within 24 hours. If you work in this squad, you can handle hectic work, are creative and work in a structured way.  


Naturally, Blauw would not be complete without its support departments. Our support department is a motley crew of ICT people, Finance, Front Office, Innovation, Marketing, Catering and Human Resources.
