Carmen Bogers

As Research Consultant, I am responsible for all research that Blauw conducts for NS. This job suits me down to the ground. It's not for nothing that I've been working for Blauw for almost 22 years. I love getting to know my clients so well that the people I work for feel like colleagues. My goal is to unburden my clients as much as possible: knowing what's going on and what's needed to efficiently meet their information needs. Being proactive, providing a high level of service and the best quality is what I always strive for.

My project management skills also come in handy at home while remodeling and chores on our house. Delightful relaxation!
