As a Research Consultant, you will mainly be working on research projects. We love people with an entrepreneurial spirit and a touch of stubbornness! Combined with your hands-on mentality—which has helped us grow in Rotterdam—you will contribute to the realization of Blauw's plans and strategy. Not afraid to take a risk? You are convinced that this is the only way to learn quickly.

You will work on various research projects from start to finish. From identifying and translating customer needs into a research design to writing and presenting the research results. You will proactively communicate with the client about the progress and coordination of operational aspects of the project. You will work independently, but will always have a colleague at your side with whom you will collaborate on projects.

What will you do?

Recognize and translate client needs into a winning research proposal;
Managing projects in which you are involved from start to finish;
Translate research findings into concrete adjustments in strategy, processes, services and communications;
Provide presentations, workshops and interactive sessions for clients;
Spreading your expertise by writing a blog, challenging other colleagues and training juniors, for example.

We have a perfect match if:

You have knowledge of and enthusiasm for market research;
You are a driven, quantitative researcher with at least 5 years of relevant work experience;
You have experience at a research firm, but this is not necessarily required;
You are proficient in handling research data using SPSS and Excel;
You have a commercial focus and are able to achieve set goals;
You possess a strong customer-oriented drive;
You are communicative, proactive and ambitious. You are open to feedback and are not afraid to give it;
You feel at home in an open, flat and self-organizing organization.
