Research Manager, Brand Development

Are you an experienced quantitative Research Manager with a passion for brand and/or CX research? Someone who takes ownership, brings energy, and doesn't let go until it's right? Then you'll quickly feel at home at Blauw. As a Research Manager, you will work on research projects that help brands grow. From brand positioning to customer experience: you will supervise projects from start to finish and be a strong sparring partner for your clients and colleagues.

What will you do?

  • You talk to customers, identify the core of their question, and translate that into a strong research design.
  • You write proposals and quotations and actively contribute ideas to colleagues.
  • You conduct research, analyze data, and translate insights into clear and compelling stories.
  • You maintain and build long-term customer relationships.
  • You share your knowledge through blogs and knowledge sessions and guide junior colleagues in their development.
  • You make a substantive contribution to your team's plans and growth.

Who are you?

  • You are a driven quantitative market researcher.
  • You have approximately 2 to 5 years of experience with brand and/or CX research.
  • You are strong in project management and maintain an overview, even when things get complex.
  • You are customer-oriented, commercially astute, and a good communicator.
  • You take initiative, think ahead, and continue to develop yourself.
  • You have an excellent command of Dutch and are proficient in English.
