Blauw Research is a research agency located in the heart of Rotterdam, on Coolsingel, with a view of City Hall, and we have a delightful lunch café called "Lucia's Place."

Blauw Research employs a very diverse team from young to old, as well as clients or visitors who also like to join us for lunch. So that's what we expect from lunch, a varied selection. From sandwiches, soups to fresh salads, meals in all variations so with meat, fish or vegetarian/vegan. We have lunch together every day, so variety is nice.

Who are we looking for?

You have experience in the hospitality or catering industry, or at least a natural, caring attitude and enjoy cooking for 45-50 colleagues.

You have an eye for healthy and responsible nutrition and know how to put this into practice in a practical way.

You work hygienically and are familiar with HACCP guidelines.

You are responsible for lunch from preparation to completion: lunchtime is from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., before which you prepare everything and after which you clean up and get everything ready for the next day.

The working days are relatively short and straightforward, which makes this position easy to combine with other activities.

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday are our busiest office days; we are looking for someone who is available on (at least part of) these days.
