Junior Brand Development Research Manager

What will you do?

You are entering the world of brand development, customer experience, and marketing strategy:


  • , involved from A to Z You will assist in setting up and supervising research projects: from refining the question, developing questionnaires or community assignments to presenting insights.
  • Learning and building together
    You will work closely with experienced colleagues on strategic issues relating to brand positioning, customer experience, and consumer behavior.
  • Making an impact with insights
    Your research helps organizations strengthen their brands, serve their customers better, and make more informed marketing decisions.
  • Project management & customer contact
    You monitor the schedule, coordinate with clients, and ensure that projects run smoothly and to a high standard.
  • Translating data into action
    You analyze quantitative and qualitative data (e.g., from surveys or online communities) and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations.

Who are you?

  • A curious starter who wants to learn the trade of market research and brand consulting in practice
  • Interested in brand strategy, consumer behavior, and/or customer experience
  • Analytical, proactive, and not afraid to take responsibility
  • Strong communicator and someone who enjoys seeing projects through to a successful conclusion
  • Eager to learn and ambitious, with the drive to continuously develop yourself
  • Basic knowledge of SPSS is a plus, but not required

For this position, it is a requirement that you have an excellent command of the Dutch language and that you reside in the Netherlands.
