In a meanwhile, we are aware that of these kind of presentations, often only 10% is being remembered. A missed opportunity! That is why we developed the CX Challenge. This is an interactive boardgame that helps to determine what is relevant, if you and your organization want to make the next step to being more customer-driven.
Under the supervision of a facilitator from Blauw, teams answer questions under time pressure and they carry out assignments in order to gather as much ambassadors for their organization as possible. The ingredients for a lot of fanaticism! The game is about a combination of the most knowledge as well as the best ideas. Insights are being translated to concrete actions immediately, to give the customer-driven aspect more body. An ideal way to prioritize the customer-thinking on the calendar of your organization. In addition to this, it is an original and effective way to for example, share the results of a research/investigation.
