With over 15 years’ experience in qualitative market research, I can truly say that I am a researcher through and through. It is what I do best and what gives me the most satisfaction. As an economic psychologist, I am fascinated by consumer behaviour.
At Blauw I deal with a wide range of issues for all kinds of clients. It is this diversity that makes my work challenging and varied. No day is ever the same.
But my heart starts beating faster when I can research socially relevant themes, the results of which will help make society better. At Blauw I take on these projects wherever possible. I am also involved in customer journey research. I find it extremely rewarding to help organisations learn how to listen to their customers and help them become more customer-focused. Because ultimately it will go a little way towards making the world a better place!
I have two sons, Loek and Guus, and am married to Rijn. Combining work and family can be a bit of a puzzle, but all being well, I usually manage to find some time for myself. I love movies, music and festivals. And in the summer you’ll often find me on the beautiful beach at Hoek van Holland.
