What will you do?

As an HR Officer at Blue, you will be responsible for managing the HR administration from A to Z. Together with the HR manager, you will ensure that the Employee Journey is an inspiring adventure, from on-boarding to off-boarding and everything in between.    

The daily tasks are very diverse, so you make sure that the salaries are paid on time and correctly every month, you take care of actions around recruitment & selection and answer HR related questions. In recent years we have implemented the HR processes in Afas and these are continuously being improved.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has experience in working with Afas and if you can build or modify workflows, this will make us very happy. In addition, you can easily work independently, see where improvements can be made and take the initiative to implement them.
