Questions?

Maarten van den Broek
Business Lead Customer Experience

As a project coordinator, you are responsible for the data technical part of a research project. You work closely with the research manager who is responsible for the entire research project. Whereas the research manager mainly maintains customer contact 'at the front', coordinates the design and interprets the research results, you are the one who manages the data technical process and maintains contact with colleagues and suppliers. You make sure that all the technical details of the project are correct, so that the research manager can build on them and draw the right conclusions.

What will you do?

  • You will help leading national and international clients further grow their market share and revenue by providing them with smart insights into consumer needs and behavior;
  • Coordinate and manage the data technical process on research projects including liaising with vendors;
  • Programming and testing online questionnaires and checking the work of vendors;
  • Editing and processing complex data files in Excel and SPSS;
  • Set up and maintain user-friendly and impactful online dashboards (using software such as Dapresy);
  • Advise and inform research managers on software upgrades and efficient and effective solutions (from a data technical perspective).

Who are you:

  • You are comfortable with questionnaire software, online reporting software, SPSS and Excel;
  • You are good at keeping an overview and working with a schedule;
  • You enjoy the challenge of obtaining and processing data in even smarter ways;
  • You can express yourself clearly both in writing and orally in Dutch and English;
  • You pick up cases quickly independently;
  • You take action when necessary.
