You are a junior system administrator who would like to develop yourself further. For example, because as a workplace administrator or help desk employee you are ready for more challenge and freedom. By nature, you take responsibility, are committed and like to take actions independently. Your ambition is always to improve the situation, the systems, or the help you provide!

You will then become part of the close-knit ICT team at Blauw. Together with your ICT colleagues, you will coordinate which IT services are offered to Blauw employees. You are the one who helps the other Blauw colleagues by answering their questions and remaining alert to developments and innovations so that everyone can make progress. The IT services and infrastructure are therefore not only good to use for the end users, you also ensure that it remains manageable and secure at all times.

Together with HR, Office, Finance and Marketing, the ICT department forms the Support Department.

What will you do?

  • Manage the help desk, You will support users with hardware and software problems;
  • Workstation management, such as troubleshooting, deploying new endpoints and keeping them up to date;
  • You'll delve into workplace management and how to improve hybrid work processes; how to make work easier for colleagues and yourself;
  • Actively manage accounts, e.g., create and delete users and email addresses;
  • Support in the use of software services and make adjustments to them.

We have a perfect match if:

  • You have at least two years of previous work experience as a workplace administrator or have experience in workplace administration and system administration;
  • You love everything about automation;
  • You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages both verbally and in writing;
  • You are proactive;
  • You take your own responsibility in work and in what you want to learn.
